RPA9 - Machine with 9 nailing units

  • Machine for pallets of 600mm × 300mm to 1600mm × 1400mm.
  • Upper frame equipped with 3 double heads (6 nailing units).
  • Lower frame equipped with 3 single heads (3 nailing units).
  • Displacement of the heads by means of servomotor (X- and Y-axes).
  • Automatic adjustment of the distance between the heads (min. 290mm).
  • One or two loading stations:
    • Machine productivity: 180 pallets / hour.
    • Productivity with two operators: 60 to 180 pallets / hour.
  • Numerical transfert with possibility of rotation of the pallet.

  • 2 loading slots.
  • Machine for pallets from 600mm × 300mm to 1600mm × 1400mm.
